Do I need to come in to have my photographs restored?
No. We accept photographs by mail from anywhere in Ocoee and the surrounding area. You photograph your damaged print, submit an estimate request, and we handle the rest. Instructions for packing and mailing your original safely are provided after you approve the estimate.
What if the photograph has been stored in a hot garage for years?
Heat damage is common in Central Florida homes, and it is one of the problems we address most regularly. The extent of recovery depends on how far the damage has progressed — which is why we assess every photograph individually before providing a price.
Can mold-damaged photographs be restored?
Often, yes. Mold damage affects the surface and sometimes the emulsion layer of a print, but photographic information beneath the damage frequently survives and can be recovered. We assess the severity before beginning, and we are honest about what is and isn't recoverable.
I have a box of old family photographs I inherited. Where do I start?

What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver a full-resolution archival master file (TIFF or high-quality JPEG), a print-ready version at the correct resolution for the size you want to print, and a digital copy for sharing. Files are delivered through a private secure gallery.
