      Add-ons apply only to photos where these services are requested.

To begin a project, a $50 deposit is required.

The deposit reserves time for review, handling, and planning, and is applied toward your final total once your photos are evaluated.

Deposits are fully refundable if work has not started.

After reviewing your photos, you’ll receive a final confirmation of scope and pricing before any digitization or restoration work begins.

What if I’m not sure how many photos I have?

That’s common. An approximate count is fine. Final pricing is confirmed after your photos are reviewed.

What if my photos include backs, notes, or writing I want captured?

Back-side capture is available as an add-on. If photo backs are discovered during review that weren’t included in your estimate, we’ll confirm any additional cost before work begins.

When does work officially start?

Work begins only after your photos are reviewed and you approve the final scope and pricing. The deposit reserves time for evaluation and planning.

What if I decide not to move forward?

If work has not started, your deposit is fully refundable.
